If you completed any of my HIIT 1.0 edition classes then get ready to kick your endurance up a notch for this HIIT 2.0 edition class. However, if you are just starting out in the exercise world I suggest you complete the 1.0 edition first. These sessions are ONLY 15 minutes long! Specifically designed to be quick but intense so you can get in, sweat it up, get your workout done and get on with your day. **No need for equipment. **No need for the gym. **You can complete this workout just about anywhere! **All ages are welcome! This is a high intensity interval training class that takes you through continuous workouts with short rest periods to force your body to burn higher calories within a short amount of time. **Rest days are NOT scheduled throughout the next 30 days. ***So schedule a rest day every 3 to 4 days and allow your body to recover from your workouts.
