Fit150 is the perfect challenge for anyone and at any level of fitness because YOU will get to control the WHEN, WHERE & HOW of your exercise program. Best part about this challenge: there are 3 ways to earn your $$ back!! All you need to do is: 1- Show proof of your workout in the Fitness App. FitbyWix is included with purchase. 2- Workout in under 30 minutes. 3- Burn a minimum of 150 calories per workout. 4- Workout 5 of 7 days per week. 5- Check-in to our group chat. You will be connected once you enroll and download FitByWix app. This is a FREE app included with membership. Fit150 Details: *Starts each month on the 1st- regardless of the day of week. *Ends each month on the 28th- regardless of the day of week. *Week schedule counts as: check-ins end at 10pm each night. Week 1- Days 1 through 7 Week 2- Days 8 through 14 Week 3- Days 15 through 21 Week 4- Days 22 through 28 and ends at 10 pm. $$$ Back Awesomeness: *1st place winner for most Check-ins in 28 days with a minimum of 5 days per week. *2nd place winner for most weight loss in 28 days. *3rd place winner for most body fat percentage loss in 28 days. *Showing proof- including weight loss & body fat % loss 1- Your name & date have to be present on screenshot proof via FitBit, Garmin or other programs. 2- You must check-in to our fitness group app via FitByWix. 4- You must post your check-in to our group chat.
