All you need to do is: 1- Show proof of your workout in the Fitness App. FitbyWix is included with purchase. 2- Workout in under 30 minutes. 3- Burn a minimum of 150 calories per workout. 4- Workout 5 of 7 days per week. 5- Check-in to our group chat. You will be connected once you enroll and download FitByWix app. This is a FREE app included with membership. Fit150 Details: *Starts each month on the 1st- regardless of the day of week. *Ends each month on the 28th- regardless of the day of week. *Week schedule counts as: check-ins end at 10pm each night.
