Specifically designed to be quick but intense so you can get in, sweat it up, get your workout done and get on with your day. **No need for equipment. **No need for the gym. **You can complete these workouts just about anywhere! **All ages are welcome! **All levels of workout endurance welcome. This is a high intensity interval training class that takes you through continuous workouts with short rest periods to force your body to burn higher calories within a short amount of time. **Rest days are NOT scheduled throughout these workouts.
