The PERFECT 10 Fitness Challenge is a 30 day workout challenge geared to tighten, tone and strengthen your body. Challenge yourself to push-ups, planks, squats and crunches. Complete each daily challenge in the comfort of your own home while competing with others. Workouts will be 7 days a week and incorporate a REST day. Please allow yourself to do the rest day and give your body a chance to heal. Gain strength and exude confidence with short but to the point workout routines! Choose your health first!
